On May 20, a delegation led by Mr. Liu Jianghai, Member of the CPC Committee and Deputy General Manager of Hubei Agricultural Development Group, and Mr. Lyu Kexian, Secretary of the Board of Directors of Hubei Agricultural Development Group, as well as Secretary of the CPC Committee and Chairman of Hubei Fisheries Group, visited Tongwei for inspection and exchange. Mr. Guo Yizhong, President of Agriculture and Husbandry of Tongwei Co., Ltd. and Chairman of TWAD, warmly received the guests and hosted the seminar.
The guests first visited the Group Experience Center. They learned about Tongwei's history of originating in aquaculture, expanding into agriculture and husbandry, and achieving a major leap forward in new energy. They expressed high recognition and affirmation of the achievements Tongwei has secured in the fields of green energy and green agriculture.

During the seminar, Deputy General Manager Liu stated that this visit to Tongwei was primarily driven by a mindset of learning. He hoped to draw upon the advanced experience of the industry-leading enterprise. Concurrently, the visit aimed to deepen mutual understanding and recognition, clarifying the space for future cooperation.
Chairman Lyu noted that Tongwei has deeply cultivated the feed segment, holding a world-leading position. Hubei, as a major aquaculture province, maintains a profound layout across multiple types of aquatic products. Furthermore, Hubei Agricultural Development Group is currently focusing on the fingerling breeding of various fish species, including bighead carp, mandarin fish, and crucian carp. The artificial breeding scale of rice eels also continues to expand. The parties can explore cooperation models in feed products such as fingerling feed and cold-water fish feed to achieve win-win results. In addition, he expressed hope to strengthen cooperation with Tongwei in equipment manufacturing and facility design, while establishing effective matching in the supply of high-quality fish products.

Chairman Guo first extended a warm welcome to the delegation from Hubei Agricultural Development Group. Chairman Guo stated that the two sides had previously initiated feed cooperation at Tianmen Tongwei. Looking at long-term development, the partnership cannot bypass focusing heavily on "product quality" as the core. Only products with higher quality and superior comprehensive cost-performance ratios can bring shared benefits to both parties, laying a solid foundation for continuous cooperation.
Chairman Guo introduced that for many years, Tongwei has maintained that product quality is a vital cornerstone of enterprise development. The Company continues to invest in technological innovation to construct its core competitiveness. Currently, by virtue of its robust R&D strength, Tongwei has won the second prize of the State Scientific and Technological Progress Award five times. In the feed sector, multiple feed products from Tongwei rank first nationwide in market share, garnering widespread praise from users. Concurrently, Tongwei deeply cultivates cold-water fish feed, possessing high authority and professionalism within China, which enables it to provide powerful support for partners.
In terms of the industrial chain, Tongwei has deeply cultivated segments from fingerling breeding, feed production, and aquaculture to food processing, continuously extending both upstream and downstream. Since 2022, Tongwei has placed a heavy focus on developing industrialized recirculating aquaculture system (RAS) for shrimp farming. The Company is dedicated to redefining "a piece of good shrimp," filling the domestic consumption gap for shrimp, and marching toward the goal of becoming a shrimp farming enterprise with an annual output of one million tons. In addition, Tongwei deeply cultivates fishery equipment and facilities. It also owns Willtest under its umbrella, which can deliver solid technical support for cooperation.
Chairman Guo stated that this exchange has built a vital channel for subsequent communications between the parties, laying a sound foundation for win-win development. He also looks forward to traveling to Hubei Agricultural Development Group in the future to continue exchanges and learning, absorbing valuable experience across sectors such as aquaculture, food processing, and logistics distribution.

This seminar has further enhanced mutual understanding and trust between the parties, opening up a broad space for subsequent practical cooperation across multiple fields.
